عبد الإله بلقزيز كاتب مغربي معاصر حاصل على شهادة دكتوراة الفلسفة من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط.
ويشغل منصب أمين عام المنتدى المغربي العربي في الرباط، وهو أيضاً مدير الدراسات في "مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية" في بيروت سابقاً.
نشر مئات المقالات في صحف عربية عدة منها: الخليج والحياة والسفير والنهار.
كما صدر له واحد وثلاثون كتاباً.هو حاليا أستاذ في كلية الاداب و العلوم الانسانية ابن مسيك أستاذ الفلسفة في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة الحسن الثاني – الدار البيضاء.

Book Description
لم يشغل العالم على مدى القرن العشرين قضية مثلما شغلته القضية الفلسطينية. فعلى مدى المائة عام المنصرمة قامت دول ودالت دول، وتبدلت خارطة العالم كثيراً، إلا أن القضية الفلسطينية بما هي صراع بين العرب وإسرائيل أصبحت صراعاً عربياً-إسرائيلياً بل قنبلة متفجرة تطاول شظاياها خارطة العالم بأسره كما وضع لها مؤلف الكتاب عنواناً: "العرب وإسرائيل-صراع لن ينتهي".
يقول عبد الإله بلقزيز في مقدمة الكتاب: "كتبت هذه الدراسة متناولة العناوين المختلفة للصراع العربي-الإسرائيلي منها، الصراع على الأرض ومنها كذلك قضايا المياه والسلاح واللاجئين... فقد أعرضت عن التوقف ملياً أمام التسويات الجارية للصراع على الأرض المحتلة للأنهار، وإن نجحت لن تضع نهاية لصراع عربي-إسرائيلي له من المبررات والدوافع ما يفيض عن قضية الأرض وما يبرز له الاستمرار في الزمان".
"العرب وإسرائيل-صراع لن ينتهي" يسير بالقارئ في تشعبات الصراع بين العرب وإسرائيل ويكشف عن تمزق الحال العربية الحاضرة وتآمر العالم، خالصاً إلى أنه صراع مزمن يتخطى الزمان والمكان، وإن مرت سحابة سلام فإنها ستكون سحابة عابرة.
