إن هذا البحث يهدف إلى تحقيق عدة مقاصد هامة، كما أنه احتوى على كثير من المسائل والجزئيات المهمة، والمشاكل الملمة، فقصد الباحث من خلال بحثه معالجتها، ومناقشتها.
وخلاصة هذا البحث يرتكز في النقاط التالية: أولاً: إحتوى البحث على مقدمة تعرضت للتعريف بموضوع البحث، وإشكاليات البحث، وأسباب إختيار الموضوع، ثانياً: تعرض البحث لتاريخ ظهور الشركة بشكل عام، والشركة التي يدور عليها مدار البحث بشكل خاص، وتعريف الشركة بشكل واضح في اللغة والإصطلاح الشرعي والقانوني، ثالثاً: بَيَّنَ البحث بتفصيل دقيق رأي فقهاء الإسلام في الشركات الإسلامية، وما أجازه منها كل مذهب من المذاهب الأربعة المشهورة وما منعه؛ رابعاً: تعرض البحث للشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة بشكل مُفصَّلٍ ومُؤصَّلٍ، من حيث التعريف، وبداءة النشأة، وأهميتها الإقتصادية وغيرها.
خامساً: تعرض البحث للشخصية الإعتبارية القانونية، وما تمثله من أهمية في حياة الشركة، مع المقارنة بالفقه الإسلامي، سادساً: تعرض البحث لإدارة الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة في فصل مستقل، ثم تمت المقارنة مع الفقه الإسلامي لتلك الأمور الإدارية، سابعاً: احتوى البحث على التكييف القانوني للشركة، وكذا التكييف الفقهي الإسلامي، ثامناً: اشتمل البحث على الحديث حول مسؤولية الشركاء في الشركات الإسلامية بشكل عام، وناقش البحث مسألة تحديد المسؤولية في رأس المال في القانون بإطناب وبسط، ومدى جواز ذلك في الشريعة، تاسعاً: قد احتوى البحث - أيضاً - على الحكم الشرعي لهذه الشركة، ومعالجة ما جاء في قوانينها من مواد مخالفة للشريعة، ومدى تأثيرها على صحة عقد الشركة من عدمه، كما تعرض البحث لقضية إنقضاء الشركة في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون، عاشراً وأخيراً: احتوى البحث على خاتمة فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
