يشتمل هذا الجزء الحديثي الذي دونه الباحث عبد الله بن محمد الحمادي على ثلاثة أجزاء. الجزء الأول: احتوى على مسائل هامة حول أهم مسائل الصيام المشكلة. على الناس لا البسيطة والمعروفة، فجمع مسائل معاصرة من مسائل الطب وحال المريض مع الصيام في رمضان وغيره، فمن ذلك مثلاً: مسائل المناظير التي تدخل في الجسم بأنواعها وأشكالها مثل مناظير المعدة، والشرايين، والكلى والشرج، وغيرها من المناظير، وكذا مسائل الإبر أو الحقن، وكذا مسائل أدوية الأنف والأذن والعين والفم، السائل منها والبخاخ الذي يتطاير منه الرذاذ، وكذا مسائل أمراض القلب وعلاجه وأدويته مثل الحبة التي توضع تحت اللسان وغيرها إلى غير ذلك من المسائل المهمة والمعاصرة الواقعة في هذا الزمن.
وأما الجزء الثاني من الكتاب فهو الموسوم بـ: "دفع العناء بتصحيح حديث إذا سمع أحدكم النداء"، وهو عبارة عن جزء حديثي وفقهي، جمع طرق حديث أبي هريرة مرفوعاً: "إذا سمع أحدكم النداء (وفي رواية: الأذان) والإناء على يده، فلا يضعه حتى يقضي حاجته منه".
والباعث على تأليف هذا الجزء قيل من تضعيف وتأويل وتعطيل للحديث قبل البحث والتمعن في طرقه وأسانيده، شواهده، ومتابعاته وفوائده.
ولعل من بواعث تضعيفه أو تأويله على خلاف ظاهرة ذهاب جمهور أهل العلم إلى القول بخلاف ظاهرة، ولكن من لم تهزه هيبة الجمهور يتمسك بقول سيد الجمهور وإمامهم صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقوله مقدم على كل قول ورأي، لأن إتباعه فيه مصداقية حب الله وتعظيمه، بين ذلك سبحانه بقوله: "قل إن كنتم تحبون الله فاتبعوني يحببكم الله ويغفر لكم ذنوبكم والله غفور رحيم".
