هذه المخطوطة التي بين أيدينا عبارة عن رسالة في الحكم جمع فيها المؤلف ما فتح الله عليه من حكم رائقة سواء منها ومن لفظه أو من حكم شيوخه في الطريق، وقد وفق في هذا الجمع حيث جعل لكل حرف من حروف الهجاء مجموعة من الحكم تعدادها عشر حكم متنوعة الأغراض ولا تخلو كل واحدة منها من فائدة تشحذ همة المريد في سلوك طريق الله فهي إما مرشدة تهدي المريد إلى طريق الخير، وإما محذرة ناهية ترهب المريد من الانحراف عن جادة الحق والصواب جادة كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وسيرة الصالحين من عباد الله يجد هذا الحل من تمعن في قراءتها بنفس صافية وعقل مفتوح وقلب خال من المشاغل ساع لتلقف كل ما ينفع فالحكمة ضالة المؤمن أن وجدها فهو أحق بها.
