يسعى هذا الكتاب: "السفليّة الجهاديّة: دار الإسلام ودار الكفر" إلى تقديم المرجعيّة الفكريّة للحركات الجهاديّة العالميّة، سواء كانت "القاعدة" أو من التحق بها أو ارتبط معها من جماعات أخرى، والتي لا زالت بحاجة للكثير من القراءة والتحليل العلمي الرصين، الذي يكشف عن بُناها المعرفيّة، وتأويلاتها الفقهيّة والسياسيّة، التي تنغلق عليها وتؤمن بها.
كما يهدف الكتاب من خلال دراسته المختلفة إلى قراءة السلفيّة الجهاديّة المختلفة، منذ إنطلاقها من أفكار الحاكميّة لدى سيد قطب والمودودي، إلى محاولات دمجها بأصول الدين والعقيدة وفق التصوّر الوهّابي والسلفي.
إن الحرب على الإرهاب ليست حرباً أمنيّة فقط، ولكنها حرب فكريّة بشكل ما في المقام الأول، فإيديولوجيا الإرهاب ليست فقط خطباً وبيانات قيادات القاعدة عن حوادث القتل العدمي هنا أو هناك، لكنها خطاب يقف وراء كل ذلك، أذكته نار الكراهية للآخرين، وولع شديد بتكفير المسلمين وتقسيم العالم إلى فسطاطين.
نرجو أن تسد الدراسات الواردة في هذا الكتاب بعض النقص في المكتبة العربيّة حول إيديولوجيا الإرهاب.
