بل هي الأولى، بالمعنى الدقيق للكلمة، بعد ثورة محمد نبي المسلمين التي نشر فيها دعوته. كل ما عدا ذلك لم يكن سوى انتفاضات أو حركات تمرد أو حركات مطالبة بالسلطة، كثورة الزنج أو البابكية أو القرامطة، أو انقلابات في العصرالحديث بقيادة أصوليات يسارية أو قومية أو دينية، من سعد زغلول إلى عبد الناصر في مصر وأديب الشيشكلي وضباط حزب البعث في سوريا والعراق ومن جعفر النميري إلى عمر البشير في السودان. لا تعدو كونها تغييرات جزئية وموضعية، سلبية أحياناً وإيجابية أحياناً، من داخل المنظومة الحضارية والسلطوية ذاتها.
