تحت عنوان "الإسلام وتطور الأحياء" يقدم الشيخ علي حُبّ الله عرضاً ودراسة لمجمل النظريات التطورية وغيرها في نشوء الأحياء، الغرض منها تصحيح الأخطاء والتشوهات التي منيت بها هذه النظريات فيما صُنف عند الإسلاميين وغيرهم فأوردوا ما لا ينبغي إيراده.
من هنا، فإن الكتاب يواكب التطورات الكبيرة الحاصلة في شتى العلوم التي تمت بصلة إلى موضوع (التطور) خاصة في مجال البيولوجيا الجزيئية، بالإضافة إلى دراسة شاملة من قبل المؤلف لكل الآيات القرآنية والروايات والأحاديث، يضاف إلهيا نصوص التوراة والإنجيل التي تتحدث عن خلق الإنسان، تهدف إلى إستلهام الوجوه الممكنة لفهمها.
وللإحاطة أكثر بموضوع الكتاب، وبالأخص العلاقة بين الإسلام والعلم في النظرة إلى التطور، تم توزيع الأدلة العلمية والدينية على ستة محاور.
يتألف الكتاب من ستة فصول، تبدأ بعرض الآراء المختلفة في نشأة الخلق، ومنها نظرية "التوالد الذاتي"، و"الحياة في القرآن"، مروراً بنظرية دارون والمذاهب العلمية في نشوء الأحياء، ونظرية الخلق الدفعي (الطوفان النوحي)، ومذهب الطفرة (موتاسيون)، ثم الأدلة العلمية على التطور في علم الحفريات وعلم الوراثة (الهندسة الوراثية) وغيرها.
بعد ذلك يتجه البحث حول "التفسير العلمي للقرآن" في موضوع الخلق، وكذلك في العهد القديم (التوراة / سفر التكوين)، والآيات التي يمكن الإستدلال بها على ثبات الأنواع وتطور الأنواع، وما يستدل به على وقوع التحول في الأنواع، ونظرات فلسفية وإجتماعية أخرى مثل "صراع التناقضات هو مصدر التطور"، و"قانون نفي النفي"، و"مبدأ عدم التناقض".
هذه العناوين تأتي في الكتاب بعد الشرح والتحليل والتفكيك والمناقشة، والأدلة من أهم مصادر المعرفة "العلم" و "الدين"، سيجد فيه القارئ الكثير من المتعة والفائدة...
