والجدير بالذكر أن هذه الحرب غير مبررة أدانها الرأي العام الدولي والوطني والجماهير الغاضبة في كافة أنحاء العالم ليس هذا فحسب بل أدانتها الهيئات الرسمية ولم تجد لها غطاء شرعي من الأمم المتحدة ولا من أي منظمة دولية ولقد زاد من هذا الإتجاه قوة أن ما كان يدعي به غلاة الحرب مبرراً للحرب من أسلحة دمار شامل وغير ذلك من الأكاذيب لم يظهر للوجود فأصبح الرأي العام والوطني بمثابة محاكمة علنية لرجال الحرب وإدانة علنية ليست بحاجة إلى شهود إثبات ولنقرأ قراءات الأحكام والإدانة من قبل الرأي العام السلطة الرابعة.
