يعتبر موقع الجرف الأحمر مفتاحاً يسمح لنا من خلاله إعادة بناء الأسس التي قامت عليه الثورة النوليتية حيث استمر انشغاله منذ الألف العاشر وحتى الألف التاسع قبل الميلاد. ساهمت أسبار موقع الجرف الأحمر في دراسة الظواهر الزراعية والهندسية والمعمارية منها, والتي تجلت في ظهور التنظيم الاجتماعي والتشكيلات الرمزية, وكل هذه المكتشفات المثيرة دفعت الى إنقاذ بعض من هذه الشواهد الباقية, كي يستطيع كل المهتمين في سورية والعالم من الاطلاع عليها, فتم توثيق ثلاثة أبنية من الموقع معتمدين على ترقيم الوحدات المعمارية من نظام قواعد الأساسات.
بسام جاموس: باحث مختص في عصور ما قبل التاريخ من فرنسا, دكتوراه في الشرق القديم, مدير لعدة مواقع أثرية في سورية, نشر أبحاث عدة في المجلات المتخصصة المحلية والعربية والأجنبية, صدر له كتاب بعنوان إيمار- مسكنة في عصر البرونز الحديث.
