يتعلق بأحكام الطَّهارة، والصّلاة، وتوابِعِهما، على مذهب الإمام مالك بن أنسٍ رحمه الله تعالى إمام دارِ الهجرةِ، فوجدتُها مذهب الإمام مالك بن أنسٍ رحمه الله تعالى إمام دارِ الهجرةِ، فوجدتها رسالةً كافيةً في موضوعها، تستحِقُّ الطبعَ والنشرَ، ليعُمّ النفعُ بها.
فقد استهلّها بالطّهارة، ومتعلَّقاتها، فذكر المياه الصالح للطَّهارة، ثمَّ ذكرَ فرائضَ الوضوء وسُننَه، ومُسْتَحَبَّاتِه، ومكروهاتِه ومبطلاته، ثُمّ صِفَتَهُ بالصور، ثمًّ ذكرَ الغُسلَ، وموجباتهِ، وفرائضَه، وسنَنَه، ومستحبَّاتِه.
ثمَّ ثلث بالتيمُّم، وفرائضِه، وشروطِه، وسنَنِه، ومُستحبَّاتِه، ومبطلاتِه، ثمَّ صفتِه بالصُّورِ، ثمَّ ختم الطّهارة بالمَسْح على الجَبيرة، والخْفَّيْن، ثمَّ ثلَّث بالصَّلاة، فذكرَ أوقاتِها، وصفةَ الأذانِ لها، وإقامَةَ الصَّلاة، ثم صفة الصلاة بصورها مع فرائضها، وشروطها، وسُنَنِها، ومُسْتَحبَّاتِها، ومكروهاتِها، ومبطلاتِها.
ثمَّ أردفَ ذلك بأحكامِ الإمامَةِ، وصلاة الجماعة، ثمَّ أتبعها بالجمعةِ، وصلاتِها وشروطِها، وأركانِها، وآدابها، ثم تابع المسيرةَ فذكرَ حُكمَ الجَمْع بين الظُّهرين وبين العِشاءين في الحضر والسفر.
ثم تطَّرق لصلاة المسافر، ومتى يقْصُر، ثمَّ لمَّا فرغ من أحكام الصّلاة أردف ذلك بصلاة الجنازة، وصفتها، ثم ختم الرسالة مشفوعة بأحكام السهو، وسجوده، وما يسجد له وما لا...
