صدرت رواية جديدة (2015) للكاتبة الأردنية بارعة النقشبندي بعنوان «وجه العشق» عن المؤسسة العربية للدراسات والنشر. من أجواء الرواية الجديدة نقرأ:
"يجب أن تبحث عن مكان.. رجعت إلى ذات الدوامة، الغربة تذبحها، لن تفكر بعد الآن.. لقد تعبت وهي تبحث عن مكان قريب من أحبائها، لا تريد مكانا غريبا لا تريد أن تكون وحيدة… إنها تعبة ولكن الظاهر سوف تظل تبحث وتبحث.. (البحث عن مكان).
اتصل حبيبها بعد مضي 3 سنوات وقال: مشتاق لك.. لم تحزن ولم تفرح، أجابت: لقد تأخرت كثيرا. أغلقت التلفون، وأكملت ما تقوم به كأنها لم تسمع شيئا، في طريقها إلى العمل، من دون سابق إنذار، دموعها تنهمر.. لقد نسيت أن تشكره، تخليه عنها فجّر فيها طاقة داخلية لم تكن على بينة من قوتها، إنها سعيدة وممتنة لهذه الفرصة في الحياة ووجدت نفسها ترقص على الحبل من دون خوف وأنها تحلق في فضاء واسع من دون قيود وتكرر بصوت عال: آه.. ما أحلى الرقص على الحبل. (الرقص على الحبل)".
