إن من عظيم نعم الله تعالى على هذه الأمة أن أكمل لها هذا الدين، وجعلها خير أمة أخرجت للناس، وخصها بخير كتبه وأشرف رسله، فانقادت واستجابت لهما، فاستقامت حياة أفرادها، وحملوا راية النور أصل هذا الكتاب رسالة جامعية نال بها المؤلف درجة الدكتوراه في الفقه الإسلامي وأصوله من كلية الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الأردنية، ويأتي ضمن مشروع مئة رسالة جامعية، والتي تعنى دار النوادر بنشرها.
إن من عظيم نعم الله تعالى على هذه الأمة أن أكمل لها هذا الدين، وجعلها خير أمة أخرجت للناس، وخصها بخير كتبه وأشرف رسله، فانقادت واستجابت لهما، فاستقامت حياة أفرادها، وحملوا راية النور والهداية إلى البشرية، واستمروا على ذلك بين مد وجزر ردحاً طويلاً من الزمن، حتى كانت بداية القرن العشرين حيث بدأ المرض والضعف ينخر بجسم الأمة، وتكالب عليها أعداؤها، وفرضوا عليها ثقافتهم وفلسفتهم وقيمهم في المال والسياسة والاقتصاد والتربية والتعليم.
غير أن هذه الفترة المظلمة من تاريخ الأمة لم تدم طويلاً حتى بدأ الظلام يتبدد والغيوم تنقشع، فلاحت في الأفق تباشير فجر جديد، يعود بالأمة إلى حصن الإسلام، وقد تجسدت هذه العودة في مظاهر مختلفة، منها الجانب الاقتصادي.
فالزراعة مصدر غذائي واقتصادي رئيس عبر التاريخ، وقد عرف الناس صوراً للتمويل الزراعي تمثلت في المزارعة والمساقاة والمغارسة والإجارة وبيع السلم، ثم جاء الإسلام فضبطها.
غير أن الحياة لم تعد كما كانت، بل تشعبت الأمور وأصبحت المشارع الزراعية بحاجة إلى تمويل ضخم، ومن المؤسف أن يأتي التمويل من مؤسسات ربوية، فمن هنا كانت الحاجة إلى قيام البنوك الإسلامية بتمويل هذا القطاع وفق صيغ تتفق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد جاءت هذه الرسالة مساهمة في دعم الاقتصاد الإسلامي، ولبنة مكملة في تشييد صرحه الشامخ.
ينصح به: كل مهتم بالاقتصاد الإسلامي وبأحكام الشريعة في هذا الموضوع، كما ينصح به المؤسسات والبنوك الإسلامية، وعلماء الاقتصاد.
