يمثل كتاب "التبليغ في الكتاب والسنة" الذي نقلب صفحاته، المجلد الثامن من سلسلة "موسوعة ميزان الحكمة" التي تصدر بشكل مستقل، وهو حصيلة جهود حثيثة ترمي إلى تقديم مادّة متكاملة ومتسقة حول أبرز وأهم واجبات علماء الدين والواعين من المتدينين، ألا وهو تبليغ رسالات الله والقيم الإسلامية. ويعدّ هذا الكتاب محاولة جديدة على صعيد عرض النصوص القرآنية والحديثية بأسلوب مبتكر وموضوعي في ما يخص أهمية فن التبليغ، وآدابه، وآفاته، وسمؤولية المبلغ، ليضعها بين يدي الباحثين والمبلغين.< p>وجاء أسلوب التدوين في هذا الكتاب على النحو التالي: 1-جمع كل الروايات المتعلقة بالموضوع من المصادر الروائية الشيعية والسنية، ثم استلال أشملها وأوثقها وأقدمها مصدراً. 2-اجتناب تكرار الروايات إلا في حالات معينة. 3-في حالة وجود نصوص أحدها منقول عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والآخر عن الأئمة عليهم السلام، يتم إيراد حديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في المتن، وروايات سائر المعصومين في الهامش.4-بعد ذكر آيات اباب، يتم ذكر الروايات الواردة أولاً عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ثم عن المعصومين عليهم السلام. 5-تضمين مدخل الكتاب والاستنتاجات الواردة في بعض الفصول والأبواب رؤية شاملة لروايات ذلك الكتاب أو ذلك الكتاب، وأحياناً تذليلاً لما قد يكتنف بعض الأحاديث من غموض. 6-وتبدو النقطة الأكثر أهمية في هذا الكتاب هو إعطاء نوع من التوثيق لصدور الحديث عن الأئمة، عن طريق دعم مضمون أحاديث كل باب بالقرائن العقلية والنقلية.
