إذا كان القانون الحديث قد وضع الضوابط والأطر القانونية للحفاظ على (حقوق الملكية الفكرية) بشكل واضح، إلا أنه ينبغي القول إنه يمكن لخبراء قراصنة المنتجات الفكرية التحايل على كل القوانين، باستخدام أساليب المكر والدهاء والحيل وغيرها لتجاوز القوانين واختراقها.
