Book Description
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم معلومات عن تنظيم الجيش الإسرائيلي، وقيادته العليا، وأوضاع ضباطه الكبار، في الفترة الممتدة من أوائل الستينات حتى أوائل سنة 1981.
يتناول البحث في تنظيم الجيش الإسرائيلي معلومات عن هيئة الأركان العامة والشعب التابعة لها، وقيادات المناطق العسكرية، والأسلحة والخدمات والهيئات المختلفة، بما في ذلك المعاهد العسكرية العليا، من حيث المسؤوليات الملقاة على عاتق كل منها، إن كان في الفترات العادية، أو في أوقات الحرب. كما يتضمن البحث معلومات عن البنية الهيكلية للقوات الإسرائيلية البرية والجوية والبحرية.
أما المعلومات عن الضباط الكبار، فتتناول: تاريخ ولادة كل منهم ومكانها، تدرجه في المناصب العسكرية، الدورات العسكرية التي اشترك فيها في إسرائيل وخارجها، علومه الأكاديمية، أهم المعارك التي خاضها، وضعه العائلي.
هذه الدراسة تستند إلى مصادر عبرية وهي نسخة مزيدة ومحدثة من الدراسة التي كانت أصدرتها المؤسسة سنة 1981. تتناول الدراسة تنظيم الجيش الإسرائيلي، وكوادره العليا وكبار ضباطه، وإعادة تنظيم الأسلحة البرية سنة 1983. كما تشمل رسماً بيانياً يوضح العلاقة بين رؤساء أجهزة الاستخبارات الإسرائيلية مثلما نظمت بعد حرب 1973.
