هذا جزء جمعه "محمود سعيد ممدوح" في بيان صحة حديث: "اتقوا فراسة المؤمن فإنه ينظر بور الله" دعاه إلى جمعه الاختلاف الذي وقع فيه بي أهل الصنعة.
وقد وقف على كلام لبعض المعاصرين لم يكتف بتضعيف الحديث فقط، وإنما زاد على ذلك تشعيبا على من قال بقبوله إما بتصحيحه أو بتحسينه.
ثم جاء من اغتر بكلامه وقلد أوهامه فكتب في تضعيفه، فأراد أن يبين في هذا الجزء خطأ من ضعفه وصواب من صححه حسبما تقتضيه قواعد الحديث الشريف، وسماه "بشارة المؤمن بتصحيح حديث اتقوا فراسة المؤمن".
