فهذا كتاب (الطب الشعبي) ؛ قد جمع في جنباته خيرات الأقدمين في النباتات العلاجية والدوائية، وكذا في الأحجار الكريمة والبلورات، والمعادن، وتأثيراتها ومنافعها ومضارها.
كما اشتمل على بعض الأمراض الداخلية، والحمامات، وآلام الربو النزف والأسنان، والسكتة الدماغية والأكزيما، والصرع والحصيات، والعصب والبدانة والرشح والإسهال والخنّاق.
كما احتوى على الأمراض النسائية وأمراض الرجال عامة، وطرق علاجاتها الفعّالة بأبسط الطرق وأحسنها وأيسرها نفقة، وأفضلها نتيجة.
لقد جمع مؤلفه ما أمكن من خيرات عالية وإحكام في التشخيص والعلاج، مستخدماً النبات ما أمكن وهذا من ميزات من اهتم بتلك الفروع، وعلم أن الله (عز وجل) قد جعل الدواء فيما هو متناول بأيدينا علمه من علمه، وجهله من جهله، وتلك من حكم الله ليرفع العالم بعلمه وبذل الجاهل بجهله.
إنه حقاً تحفة نادرة، وحريّ بأي إنسان أن يعلمه ويطلع عليه، لعله يجد به بغيته وضالته، ومن رأى ليس كمن سمع، وهذا خلاصة سنوات طوال يضعها بالكاتب بين يدي القارىء، فله مزيد الشكر وعظيم الثناء، والإنسان أكرم خلق الله، ومن حماه ودافع عنه فهو الأكرم والأعلى.
والشكر للمؤلف والدعاء للناشر، والوصية للقارىء ، أن يقرأ فيعلم ويتعلم ويبصر حقائق الكون العظيم.
لقد خلق الله في كل ذرة / عظائم يدركها عليم، ومبصر ، بعلم وإيمان وصبر ودقة / ينال الهدى من كان بالعقل ينظر ، وختاماً إلى الروض العشبي، والطب الشعبي، وبالشفاء العاجل.
