أثيرت في هذه الأيام قضية خطيرة في اللاذقية في دعوى فرض نفقة أقامها رجل سني على أخويه العلويين. وقد فرضت عليهما المحكمة بالنفقة إلا أنهما لجآ إلى محامي الذي أقاماه إلى طريق اختلاف الدين وقد جاء نص المحامي الذي تقدم به إلى المحكمة مغايراً للحقائق الدينية في المذهب العلوي وقد أخذ القاضي الشرعي بتلك الأقوال على علاتها وحكم بقطع النفقة.
وأحدث هذا الحكم وهذا الافتراء في دفاع المحامي ضجة كبرى في الأوساط الإسلامية، وثارت ثائرة علماء الطائفة العلوية، فأجمعوا على رد هذا الافتراء والبراءة من كل ما يخالف جوهر العقيدة الإسلامية.
وفي هذا الكتاب صورة الفتاوى التي أصدرها هؤلاء العلماء والبيان الذي أذاعه الزعماء العلويون يفندون بها هذه المزاعم التي تلصق بهم وهم منها براء، ويعلنون بصراحة أنهم لا يقرون كل ما يخالف مذهب الأئمة الطاهرين من آل بيت النبوة المعروفة في العالم الإسلامي بمذهب الإمام جعفر الصادق.
