ومن الأفلام التي تعرض لها الكتاب: القيامة الآن, صائد الغزلان, حمر, البريق, أرض الميعاد, إسكندرية ليه, الثور الهائج, عمر المختار, الجوع, ليالي ابن آوى, نجوم النهار, كفرون, أفلام قيمة في مهرجان كان 1986, الحب الحنون, والكثير غيرها من الأفلام, ويختتم الكتاب بملحق مصور لبعض تلك الأفلام.
