"فإذا نأيت لأي عذرٍ قاهرٍ... فإليه مشدودُ الوثاق مطوّق"... "أعراق بلدي الحبيب حفيلة... ذاكراك عندي والهموم تعمق"... "قد كنت تحبونا الرفاه، غادةً... يا نعم وارفكُ الضليل الشيق".
