يسعى هذا البحث إلى إستبيان مواطن إستعمال التقنيات الحجاجية ومواطن غيابها إجراء تحليلي، هدفتُ من خلاله إلى مدارسة شروح التلخيص إنطلاقاً من خطابها الواصف، الذي اعتمد في كثير من الأحيان على أسلوب إقناعي قائم على شرح وتوضيح المفاهيم، ومناقشتها بالرفض والتأييد، مما يجعل الحكم عليها بالطابع التعليمي حائزاً في حدود ما اقتضته الفترة الزمنية، بأبعادها وظروفها، وما حملته المرحلة التأليفية للبلاغة العربية، أيضاً من حتمية علمية أو ضرورة تعليمية.
وهذا ما يثبت من ناحية أخرى وجود الإختلاف والتفاوت بين مضامين الشروح، على الرغم من كون مجالات الفروق ثانوية لا أساسية، وهو الامر الذي يفند فكرة التشابه والتطابق الكلي بينها.
وما دامت الغاية من النص الشارح هي الإفهام أو التوضيح، فسيكون لذلك شبه تقارب مع غرض النص الحجاجي الذي يهدف أساساً إلى تغيير آراء وقناعات الآخرين، ولأن النص الشارح ليس واحداً في مدونة شروح التلخيص، فإن بناء نص شارح على نص شارح آخر هو محاولة أكثر للإفهام من خلال إستعمال آليات توضيحية، وإقناعية أكثر فعالية، دون الإقرار بالطابع الحجاجي الكلي لهذه النصوص الشارحة عامة، إذ من الواجب التنبيه إلى طبيعة الإستعمال العرض للتقنيات حجاجية فيه.
