وبما إن النظام القانوني لعقد الإستشارة الهندسية عقدٌ حديث ولم تتناوله الأقلام بشكل دقيق، أو تناولته بشكل ملاصق لعقد المقاولة، وعليه ألقي المؤلف الضوء في الفصل الأول على التعريف بعقد الإستشارة الهندسية وتمييزه مما يشتبه به من أوضاع قانونية، وفي الفصل الثاني خصوصية عقد الإستشارة الهندسية، وفي الفصل الثالث إلتزامات أطراف عقد الإستشارة الهندسية وفي الفصل الرابع جزاء إخلال المهندس الإستشاري بإلتزاماته وفي الفصل الخامس دور المهندس الإستشاري في حسم المنازعات والتأمين من المسؤولية.
وتضمنت خاتمة الأطروحة، ما يمكن التوصل إليه من نتائج ومقترحات.
