استعرضت في هذا الكتاب بداية المذكرة الإيضاحية لقانون التأمينات الاجتماعية رقم 92 تاريخ 1959/4/6 والمذكرات الإيضاحية للقوانين المعدلة له وتشمل المذكرة الإيضاحية للقرار بقانون رقم 143 تاريخ 1961/8/14 والأسباب الموجبة للمرسوم التشريعي رقم 21 لعام 1961 والأسباب الموجبة للمرسوم التشريعي رقم 68 لعام 1962 والمذكرة الإيضاحية للمرسوم التشريعي رقم 104 تاريخ 1963/7/13 والمذكرة الإيضاحية للمرسوم التشريعي رقم 210 لسنة 1963 والمذكرة الإيضاحية للمرسوم التشريعي رقم 34 لسنة 1964.
ثم عرضت نصوص القرار بالقانون رقم 92 لسنة 1959 الخاص بإصدار قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية مع نصوص القانون حسب التعديلات الواردة عليها معدلة فوراً على المتن وبمكانها المناسب مع التعليق بنص كل مادة من مواد القانون لتسهيل مراجعتها والرجوع إلى أحكامها عند اللزوم ثم اتبعتها بالقرار 13م. والمتضمن التعليمات التنفيذية للقانون 78 لعام 2001، ثم عرضت في نهاية الكتاب نصوص القانون رقم 78 تاريخ 2001/12/31، ونصوص القانون رقم 8 تاريخ 2002/2/18 الخاص بإعفاء أصحاب الأعمال المشتركون لدى مؤسسة التأمينات الاجتماعية من الفوائد والغرامات المستحقة عليهم.
