وعليه، يهدف هذا البحث إلى إعداد دليل عمل للإدارة الثقافية من شأنه توضيح فكرة العمل الإستراتيجي الذي يضمن ديمومة الإنتاج والتسويق للمنجز الفني والثقافي لمهرجان مسرحي مقترح.
ويفيد البحث العاملين في الإدارات الثقافية على تحديد رؤاهم الإدارية وفق معالجات إستراتيجية واضحة في فضاء الجمهور السوسيولوجي والظروف الإقتصادية والسياسية المحيطة بالمنجز المسرحي بحيث يعطي قناعة وجدوى للإشتغال في هذا الحيز بإدارة ثقافية واعية.
