وظائفه: أستاذ ومدير في الثانويات، موجه اختصاصي في وزارة التربية، عضو في قسم المناهج والكتب، مسؤول في دائرة الامتحانات بها، أستاذ الحضارة الإسلامية والاستشراق في كلية الدعوة شوقي محمد أبو خليل، كاتب وباحث فلسطيني، له العديد من المؤلفات من أشهرها كتابه (الإسلام في قفص الاتهام)، ولد في بيسان بفلسطين، ورحل مع أسرته إلى دمشق فتعلم بها، إجازة في التاريخ من جامعتها. دكتوراه من أكاديمية العلوم في أذربيجان.

(الإسقاط) حيلة لا شعورية تتلخص في أن ينسب الإنسان عيوبه ونقائصه، ورغباته المستكرهة، ومخاوفه المكبوتة التي لا يعترف بها إلى غيره من الناس.. تنزيهاً لنفسه، وتخففاً مما يشعر به من النقص، (فالإسقاط) عملية نفسية نخلع بها تصوراتنا ورغائبنا على الآخرين.. وهذا ما ينطبق على الكنسية في أوربة والاستشراق والتبشير.
إن كل الأكاذيب والشبهات التي وجهت إلى عقيدتنا وتاريخنا نحن منها براء، ولكن الكنسية والاستشراق والتبشير وجهواً إلينا خبثاً وحقداً هذه الافتراءات لنقف موقف المتهم المدافع عن نفسه، الذي يسعى بكل ملكاته وإمكاناته لدفع ما وجه إليه، خشية الإدانة.
ومن يدرس ما ينشرون وما يروجون يعلم أن ما حاولوا وصم الإسلام به إفكاً وكذباً، هو من قبيل الإسقاط المدروس، الإسقاط الواعي، الذي يكذب، ويعي أنه يكذب.
وفي هذا الكتاب أهم إسقاطاتهم بشكل موثق، وذلك من قبيل إظهار الحقيقة، وكفى الإسلام والمسلمين دفاعاً أمام مدان يحرص على إدانته.
سنوضح دون خشية لائم، لأن اللوم ينصب على (المسقط) مروج الكذب والبهتان أولاً وأخيراً.
