"ملف السينما اللبنانية" كتاب وثائقي صدر في زمن الحرب اللبنانية عن القسم الثقافي في صحيفة اللواء اللبنانية. ليؤكد على ضرورة إحياء السينما اللبنانية ودورها إلى جانب الفنون والأشكال الثقافية الأخرى.
يتحدث الكتاب عن بدايات تجربة الفن السينمائي في لبنان، بهدف ترسيخ حقيقة مفادها أن السينما في لبنان هي فن جدي ومنتج وقائم بذاته منذ عشرينات القرن الماضي على أيدي الرواد الأوائل. يقول المؤلف عن عمله هذا: "... أنه المحاولة الأولى الجادة التي ترسم خريطة شاملة للسينما اللبنانية، التي أجهضت في بداية الطريق، وإن كان لا يزال عندنا سينمائيون لبنانيون شجعان لا يزالون يتابعون الطريق في مغامرات سينمائية فرضت حضورها الفني المتألق في المهرجانات السنمائية... ويطل على هذا الصعيد أسماء المخرجين الشباب: برهان علوية، ومارون بغدادي، أندريه جدعون وغيرهم من مخرجين وتقنيين ونظريين، يحاولون بعناد وإصرار بعث الحياة في السينما اللبنانية...".
لا يكتفي الكتاب بالإضاءة على فن السينما في أربعينيات وخمسينيات القرن الماضي، بل يطل على ما استجد بعد الأحداث اللبنانية وما أنتج من أفلام؛ والصعوبات التي رافقت صناعة السينما من لبنان. أيضاً يضم الكتاب أكثر من حوار مع سينمائيين ومسرحيين ومخرجين لبنانين وعرب ساهموا في رفد الفن السينما وانتشاره على نطاق واسع في العالم العربي والغربي.
محتويات الكتاب (1): "الفيلم اللبناني" نصف قرن من المحاولات، وضم حوارات مع 1- المخرج هنري بركات، 2- المخرج جورج نصرن 3- المخرج برهان علوية... الخ. (2) باب المنتجين والموزعين وأصحاب الصالات: وضم حوارات مع 1- خالد عيتاني، 2- روفائيل ورونالد عازار، 3- مع محمد أمهز. (3) باب التقنيين: وضم حوار مع المصور يوسف رعد، ومهندس الصوت محمد سيف الدين، (4) باب الوثائق، وضم مقالات نذكر منها: 1- استثمار السينما في لبنان (حتى العام 65) بقلم فريد جبر... الخ. (5) من الأرشيف: وضم ثلاثة وثائق نذكر منها: السينما اللبنانية والولادة المحتومة بقلم آنذريه جدعون، وأخيراً ملحقات الكتاب.
