ولد المؤلف رجا عبد الحميد عرابي في فلسطين المحتلة عام 1948 .
عمل مدرسا في فلسطين من عام1946 حتى عام 1948 لجا الى سوريا بعد النكبة 1948 اتم دراسته الجامعية في جامعة دمشق كلية الاداب قسم الجغرافية عام 1960 عمل مدرسا في ثانويات سوريا حتى عام 1991 له العديد من المؤلفات اهمها سفر التاريخ اليهودي الكافي في تاريخ القدس .
