عبد الإله بلقزيز كاتب مغربي معاصر حاصل على شهادة دكتوراة الفلسفة من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط.
ويشغل منصب أمين عام المنتدى المغربي العربي في الرباط، وهو أيضاً مدير الدراسات في "مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية" في بيروت سابقاً.
نشر مئات المقالات في صحف عربية عدة منها: الخليج والحياة والسفير والنهار.
كما صدر له واحد وثلاثون كتاباً.هو حاليا أستاذ في كلية الاداب و العلوم الانسانية ابن مسيك أستاذ الفلسفة في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة الحسن الثاني – الدار البيضاء.
له مؤلفات عديدة، منها: - المسألة الوطنية الفلسطينية (1989) - زمن الانتفاضة (2000) - في الديمقراطية والمجتمع المدني (2000) - نهاية الداعية (2000) - الخطاب الإصلاحي في المغرب (1996) - الإسلام والسياسة (2001) - الدولة في الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر (2002، 2004) - تكوين المجال السياسي الإسلامي (2005)
Book Description
يحرك هذا الكتاب هم رئيسي هو تحليل ونقد الكيفية التي تأسست بها بعض موضوعات الفكر السياسي العربي المعاصر، والتي أثرت (الكيفية) في محتواه المعرفي وفي أبعاده الإيديولوجية، أي في قيمته النظرية، وفي أهدافه الاجتماعية والسياسية. هذا الهم ذو طبيعة معرفية، وقد تكون في سياق ملاحظة ظاهرة-غلبة الإيديولوجية (بالمعنى السلبي) في بناء الأفكار والتصورات على جملة القضايا التي طرحت ونطرح على الوعي العربي المعاصر، وفي الحوار-حولها-بين مختلف التيارات الفاعلة في المجال الفكري العربي. كما حاول الكتاب الكشف عن مختلف السياقات السياسية التي قضت بهيمنة الطابع الإيديولوجي في الكتابة السياسية العربية المعاصرة، وتحويل المعرفة إلى مجال للمزيدات بين الأطراف الفكرية المتناظرة.
لكن هذا الكتاب محكوم، أيضاً بهم إيديولوجي: البحث عن قواعد جديدة للصراع الفكري، تنأى بهذا الصراع عن ساحة العنف، والإرهاب، وشقاء الوعي، والتجريح الذاتي المرضي.. وكل صنوف العاهات "الفكرية" التي تتناسل من بعضها، وقد تكون من ملاحظة انهيار القواعد القيمية في الحوار بين شركاء الساحة الفكرية، وتصاعد نزعات التفكير والتأثيم، والتخويف، والتجهيل، والنبذ، والإنكار المتبادل، وإعدام حق الرأي والاختلاف.
