هذا هو الجزء السابع من سلسلة شرح رسالة الحقوق للإمام الرابع من أئمة أهل البيت عليهم السلام، علي بن الحسين زين العابدين عليهم السلام، تلك الرسالة القيمة التي فيها من الغنى الإيماني والفكري والتربوي والأخلاقي والاجتماعي ما يشكل دستوراً سلوكياً هاماً في حياة الأفراد والمجتمع، وقد تضمنت خمسين حقاً مختلفاً شملت بالعنوان العام علاقات الإنسان الثلاث مع ربه ونفسه ومجتمعه.
يتضمن الجزء ثمانية عشر حقاً من حقوق الناس، تعالج التوجيهات المناسبة لأداء أفضل من أجل حياة اجتماعية وإنسانية سعيدة، وتتجه إلى طرفي العلاقة في المجتمع بالتوجيه، فحق للمدعي، وآخر للمدعى عليه، حق للمستشير وحق للمشير، حق للمستنصح وحق للناصح، حق للكبير وحق للصغير، حق للسائل وحق للمسؤول، حق لمن سرّك وحق لمن أساء إليك. وهذا ما ينسجم مع الدور التكاملي للأفراد عندما يلتزم كل منهم بواجباته تجاه الآخرين، ما يحقق إنجازاً بشرياً هاماً لاستقرار المجتمع.
لكن الأمر لا يقتصر على العلاقات الثنائية بين الأفراد فحسب، وإنما يمتد إلى كل مناحي الحياة، فهناك حق للمال وهو عصب مركزي في توجه الأفراد والدولة، لرعاية الاهتمام به، بعدم التفريط به أو خيانة أمانته، وكسبه عن طريق الحلال، وصرفه فيما يرضي الله تعالى. وهناك أهل الملّة بما لهم من حق في إطار المحافظة على الجماعة متآزرة ومتعاونة، لتكون يداً واحدة على من اعتدى عليها أو أساء إلى استقامتها. ثم لا تكتمل صورة الاجتماع الإنساني من دون التعرض للحديث عن حق أعل الذمة بما لهم من خصوصية الكتاب السماوي، الذي يرتب علاقة منفتحة وإيجابية مع المسلمين، على قاعدة الاعتراف بحق الاختلاف وممارسة العبادات الخاصة، في إطار "كلمة سواء"تجمع وتنظم وتحمي الجميع في إطار المواطنة والمشاركة، وذلك برسم قواعد هذا الحق من دون التفصيل في طبيعة آليات العلاقة في المجتمعات المختلفة.
