برزت فرادة حزب الله بعنوانه الإسلامي وأدائه المقاوم، في زمن ظن فيه الكثيرون ضعف العنوان الإسلامي عن تشكيل الجاذبية والتأثير والمواكبة للمتطلبات المعاصرة، وعدم القدرة على مقاومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في ظل الضغوطات الدولية واحتلال موازين القوى، فكانت عمليات المقاومة الإسلامية النوعية والماجحة محل إعجاب ودهشة، إعجاب المحبين والمؤيدين والراغبين بالتحرير والعزة والحق، ودهشة المستكبرين والمحتلين والمعادين لما يجري من تعطيل لمخططات العدوان وسيطرته، وزاد من أهمية هذا الحزب ما حققه من انتصار مميز، لم يتحقق له مثيل له منذ بدء الصراع مع العدو الإسرائيلي لنيف وخمسين سنة.
وقد جرت محاولات عديدة للكتابة عن حزب الله، من أفراد مقربين أو محايدين أو مخالفين، كما جمعت مقالات وخطب ومقابلات وبيانات وأ،شطة في كتب متعددة، أصدرها الحزب لتشكل رصيداً مهماً في معرفة التوجهات، وكذلك اهتم بعض الباحثين بإجراء مقابلات خاصة مع قيادات وفاعليات في الحزب لتقديم صورة مباشرة عن استنتاجاته من مظانها. لكنّ حزباً بهذه السمعة والفعالية والحضور والإنجازات، في هذه الفترة الزمنية القصيرة والحساسة. وفي هذه المنطقة الملتهبة والمقبلة على تنطورات كثيرة، لا يكفي ما تقدم للتعبير عنه، فلا بد من كتابات وإصدارات كثيرة لتوثيق وتحليل هذه التجربة الحية.
من هذا المنطلق تأتي الدراسة حول حزب الله: المنهج، التجربة، المستقبل، والكتاب يمثل إسهاماً وفاءً للمسيرة الإسلامية الجهادية، وتعبيراً عن فهم الكاتب لتجربة ولمنهج الحزب وعن تعمقه في رؤياه التي تستشف آفاق هذا الحزب المستقبلية. وذلك من موقعه كمواكب للحزب منذ تأسيسه في مواقه ومهمات مختلفة.
