أليست علاقة الفرد بها ثابتة في كلّ الأحوال، قائمة على العنف والهيمنة؟ وإن كانت كذلك دوماً، فما هي الأسباب التي تدفع بعض الأصوات في المنطقة العربيّة إلى الإرتداد نحو الماضي للمطالبة بتفعيل نماذج بدئيّة للإنتظام الجماعيّ من نوع "دول الخلافة"؟...
سنتناول الدولة من حيث هي مؤسّسة رمزيّة، لا تختلف عن بقيّة الأشكال الرمزيّة التي ابتدعها الإنسان حين تخارج عن الطبيعة، مثل الفنّ والدّين والأسطورة والعلم، سنحاول أن نعكس مسار البحث من تفسير السيّرورة التاريخيّة إلى تاويل الصيرورة والحفر في الدّوافع.
فمعرفة الدافع الوجوديّ لإحداث الدولة من شأنه أن يوضّح مآلاتها وغاياتها، وأن يحرّر الإنسان من "ألوهيّتها" المستشرية في فلسفة التنوير وتعاليم العقد الإجتماعيّ، إذ من الواضح أنّ واقع الممارسة الماديّة يتناقض معها ويؤكّد مثاليّتها.
