نلتقي هذه المرة مع د. فايز رشيد السياسي، في كتابه الجديد "إضاءات فكرية وسياسية لواقع قاتم". يستعرض رشيد في مؤلفه: مواضيع فلسطينية، عربية، صهيونية، إقليمية ودولية، ليس من زاوية إيراد الحدث كسرد سياسي رتيب، وإنما من خلال إلقائه على أصوله الحقائقية، المستندة إلى فهم نظري عميق، مزنّرا بسلسلة من تجارب التاريخ، في عملية إضفاء الطابع الديناميكى للتفصيلات الاستراتيجية، وتجسيدها نهجا سياسيا، في الرد على معطيات ظلامية الواقع وقتامته ومعضلاته الشائكة.

ليس غريبا علينا جميعا، ما نعيشه من انحسارات سياسية، اقتصادية، اجتماعية، ثقافية وعسكرية حالية!عبرّت وتعبّر عن نفسها في صراعات عبثية، وعملية تمزيقية ليس على صعيد الامة فحسب وإنما على صعيد الدولة الواحدة.
من المسؤول؟ أهي نظرية المؤامرة ؟ التي يرى رشيد، أنها في أحد جوانبها "مزاجا إلقائيا، يحاول التنصل من الذات السببية"! "لا ولن نستهين بالمؤامرة - يقول المؤلف- لكننا أيضا مذنبون".
لا يدّعي د. فايز رشيد، أنه يمتلك الحلول في الإجابة على تحديات الراهن... إنه يحاول أن يكشف الطريق بإضاءاته الفكرية والسياسية المهمة، يعيد أبعاد الصراعات إلى منطلقاتها الأولى، متدرجا في استعراضها وصولا لما هو المطلوب منها تجاهها في عملية النهوض الآتية لا محالة.
