هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا كتاب فريد من نوعه، لا لأنه مزدوج اللغة (عربي-إنكليزى)، وهذا أمر هام ليس بالنسبة لرجل الأعمال فحسب بل أيضاً بالنسبة لرجال القانون في لبنان وفي كل بلد يتعامل مع لبنان واللبنانيين، بل مهم لأنه يتناول جميع المسائل المشمولة بتسمية "حقوق الأعمال le droit des affaires. وبالفعل إن الكتاب يتناول بآن معاً-الأعمال التجارية، التجار، المؤسسات التجارية fonds de commerce، الشركات التجارية على اختلاف أشكالها وأوصافها، التمثيل التجاري، الوساطة والسمسرة، المصارف وعملياتها المختلفة بما فيه الحسابات المختلفة وخصائص كل منها، الأوراق التجارية "les effects de commerce" من سند للأمر إلى سند السحب أو السفتجة إلى الشك. الأوراق الصرفية les efects commbianes الناشئة عن الاعتماد المستندي credit documentaire، ضريبة الدخل، الضمان الاجتماعي.
