ما سبب خروج وليام من القصر بهذه الطريقة؟!، هل يجحد تشارلز الثاني أمر التنازل عن اسكتلندا لوليام؟! وإن لم يجحده... فهل سيعاقبه على عصيانه لأمره... وعقوبة عصيان أمر الملك هي الإعدام؟! وإن عفى عنه... فماذا عن مقتل الحارس... والقاتل يقتل؟! وإن قرر إعدامه.. فهو وليام والاس.. واسكتلندا وجدت فارسها؟! والأهم من كل ذلك.. ما موقف كالفرلوك وعلاء الدين والتنين وحتى سمولي مما ستؤول إليه الأمور؟!
