فالمتعلم وفق هذه النظرية يستطيع أن يرتقي بمستوى قدراته بما زود به من تفاعلاته بيئية وما زود به فطرياً من إستعدادات وإمكانات، فأصبح متعلماً يتقدم على خلفه الإنسان بملايين الإمكانات والقدرات والخبرات والإدارات الذهنية.
