كتاب "شفاء قلوب منكسرة" الذين يعانون من أسى حب مفقود، وذلك من خلال أربعة فصول مجازية، للوصول إلى الشفاء، عن طريق أسئلة متكررة ومكان خاص للإجابة، بهدف مساعدتنا في المضي في الحياة.
تخدم الفصول الأربعة كأدوات مجازية لمراحل الحزن، فالصيف هو فصل رسم مجرى العلاقة مع تذكر الآمال والتطلعات وعلامات الإنذار التي مرت دون أن نتنبه إليها. وفي الخريف نقبل حقيقة وقوع الانفصال، ونعترف بالأمور الخاصة بالعلاقة التي لم تخدم الغرض المرجو منها. أما الشتاء فيجلب ألم الحزن ليتغلب على الخسارة العميقة أخيراً يأتي الربيع ومعه التجدد، وهو يدعو القراء لفهم طرائق تأثير ماضي أسرهم على علاقاتهم السابقة.
ثمة فواصل في الكتاب وهي عبارة عن قصائد وتأملات، ويقدم المفهوم التفاعلي والتفكير العميق لهذا الكتاب الزمان والمكان اللذين نحتاجهما جميعاً للشفاء عندما تنكسر قلوبنا. إذا كانت تصارع لتنهي موضوع علاقة منكسرة فتعود إلى هذا الكتاب مرة بعد أخرى. سواء أكنت تعاني من خسارة محب أو زوج، فيساعدك هذا الكتاب في الأيام المقبلة التي تكون فيها وحيداً مع الظلمة.
