في هذا الكتاب جولات من البحث في التفسير الموضوعي، حاولت الإطلاع على لأصل هذا اللون من التفسير تاريخياً، ثم عرجت على أنواع التفسير الموضوعي وحاولت إلقاء أضواء على مناهج البحث في التفسير الموضوعي.
كما قدمت نموذجين لهذا اللون من التفسير أحدهما موضوع من خلال القرآن الكريم، وهو (الألوهية من خلال آيات القرآن الكريم) والثاني تفسير سورة تفسيراً موضوعياً، واختارت سورة الكهف، فبحثت فيها (القيم في ضوء سورة الكهف).
القرآن الكريم دستور الحياة الخالد، منه تستمد الأجيال مناهج حياتها وحلول مشكلاتها، ويبرز ذلك من خلال جهد المفسرين على صفحات كتب التفسير، حيث يتلون كل تفسير بلون ثقافة العصر الذي يعالج المفسرون قضاياه في ضوء القرآن الكريم.
والتفسير الموضوعي اللون الذي يتولى المفسرون من خلاله إبراز الهدايات القرآنية لحل المشكلات الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية في عصرنا الحاضر.
وهذا الكتاب مساهمة من المؤلف في تأصيل هذا اللون من التفسير ووضع مناهج فيه، مع أمثلة تطبيقية على أنواعه.
