إذاً فالميزة الأساسية لهذا الكتاب هو أنّه يسلّط الأضواء على الجذور الخفية التي منها تنبت المشاكل والخلافات العائلية وتنمو وتتفرّع، وتفضي إلى النفور والكراهية والمشاجرات، كما ويسلط الضوء على حقوق كل من الزوجين وواجباتهما تجاه بعضهما البعض وتمكين امرأة للرجل، وما وراء عدم التمكين.
