وإذ نقدم للقارئ هذه الدراسة في الفكر السياسي، وكل معالجة نظرية لظاهرة السلطة السياسية، هي فكر سياسي، فإننا نحاول من خلالها الإجابة عن أسئلة طالما راودت متابعي الفكر السياسي والمهتمين بشؤونه، وفي مقدمتها تلك المتعلقة بالعلاقة التأثيرية المتبادلة بينه وبين حواضنه البيئية الطبيعية والإجتماعية، ونصيب العقل الشرقي من نتاجات هذا الفكر ومكانته بينها؟.
وإذ نقدم للقارئ هذه الدراسة في الفكر السياسي، وكل معالجة نظرية لظاهرة السلطة السياسية، هي فكر سياسي، فإننا نحاول من خلالها الإجابة عن أسئلة طالما راودت متابعي الفكر السياسي والمهتمين بشؤونه، وفي مقدمتها تلك المتعلقة بالعلاقة التأثيرية المتبادلة بينه وبين حواضنه البيئية الطبيعية والإجتماعية، ونصيب العقل الشرقي من نتاجات هذا الفكر ومكانته بينها؟...
وبإستهداف الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة، وأخرى كثيرة غيرها، حرصت هذه الدراسة على معالجة موضوعها من خلال:
-منظور إنساني شمولي، يمد نطاق إهتمامه شرقاً وغرباً ليطال كل حضارة إنسانية توفرت لدينا عنها معارف تكفي للحديث عن فكرها السياسي والتعريف به.
-منظور تفاعلي جدلي، يلاحظ أثر المتغيرات البيئية، المادية الطبيعية منها والإنسانية الإجتماعية، في تكوين الأفكار وتطورها وتغيرها، إنطلاقاً من الإيمان بأن الأفكار لا تولد في فراغ ولا تنمو أو تمارس أدوارها في فراغ.
-منظور منهجي، يوزع موضوعات الفكر السياسي على أربعة أسئلة محورية، يفترض أنه يسعى للإجابة عنها، أينما كان هذا الفكر ومتى كان وحيثما كان:
-ما هو أصل السلطة السياسية؟.
-ما هو شكل السلطة السياسية؟.
-ما هي وظيفة السلطة السياسية؟.
-ما هي أسباب وطرق تداول السلطة السياسية؟.
