هناك أمور فقهية تستنبط من خلال أسلوب الصديقة الطاهرة فاطمة الزهراء التي اتخذت أسلوب الدفاع والهجوم لإحقاق الحق وإبطال الباطل. وقد غفل الكثيرون في هذا الجانب وذلك من عدم الاستفادة من كلماتها وخطبها في "الفقه" وعدم إدراجها ضمن الأدلة والمؤيدات التي يعتمد عليها في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية. ولذا فقد قام المؤلف في الكتابة حول ذلك ضمن جزئي هذا الكتاب "من فقه الزهراء" حيث حلل كلماتها فتناول كل كلمة بالبحث والدراسة بمنهجية "الفقه الحديث" لإبراز الجانب الفقهي في خطبها وكلماتها في سبيل استنباط الأحكام الشرعية من هذه الخطب والكلمات.
