لكن مع كل هذا يخلص الكاتب إلى أن هذه القوة المساة أمريكا ستنقرض وأن على العالم ان يتدبر قبل فوات الأوان أمر تنظيم هذا الانقراض لئلا يسبب فراغاً مدمراً تطال أسلحته كل العالم.
فهل يظل العالم كالنعامة دافناً رأسه في الرمال؟
