لوحظ في العقود الأخيرة، ومنذ قيام “الثورة الخمينية”، مطلع القرن الخامس عشر الهجري، زيادة نشاط الشيعة للدعوة إلى مذهبهم، على مستوى العالم الإسلامي، فقاموا بجهود واسعة لنشر عقائدهم، وأفكارهم المختلفة، وامتد ذلك على قضية المرأة، واستغلال الجانب النفسي والعاطفي لديها، لتسويق بعض العقائد الباطلة، بدعوى محبة آل البيت، وكان للفكر الشيعي أثر بالغ في تحديد النظرة العقدية للمرأة الشيعية في مؤلفاتهم وكتبهم، فقد كتب علماء الشيعة كثيراً عن المرأة في شتى الميادين، قديماً، وحديثاً. من خلال هذا البحث تتقصى الباحثة وضع ومكانة المرأة في الفكر العقدي الشيعي، ومدى توظيفها في نشر العقائد الشيعية، واستجلاء النظرة المعاصرة لها، من خلال استقراء بعض المؤلفات الشيعية، ونقد ذلك في ضوء عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة.
