وعظمة الإسلام في إعجازه الإقتصادي إنما تبرز بوضوح بتطبيق الإقتصاد الإسلامي في حياة المجتمع، فمن هذا المنطلق أصبح واجباً على علماء الإسلام ومفكريه وخاصة علماء الإقتصاد أو المهتّمين به أن يجدّوا ويجتهدوا في الكشف عما في الإسلام من مبادئ ونظريات وتوجيهات إقتصادية وطرق تطبيقها على الواقع المعاصر.
والكتاب الذي بين يدينا محاولة متواضعة بحكم ما يكتنف موضوع المعاملات الإقتصادية والمالية من صعوبات، فهناك صعوبة في إقناع الناس بجدوى هذه المبادئ في هذا العصر وصعوبة في قلة المراجع التي تتناول قضايا الإقتصاد والمال العصرية المتشعبة والمتشابكة.
لذلك، عمل المؤلف على عرض ما يهم المسلمين في حياتهم الإقتصادية ومعاملاتهم المالية وبأسلوب عصري شيِّق، وبيَّن فيها كثيراً من القضايا والمسائل والموضوعات والشبهات في الإقتصاد الإسلامي وجعل الكلام في ذلك على شكل أسئلة وأجوبة، كان القسم الأكبر منها وردت أثناء بعض المناسبات كالمحاضرات والدروس إما في الجامعة أو المساجد أو في بعض المؤسسات الثقافية.
