يعالج هذا الكتاب الموسوم بــ: لغة الخطاب الإداري - دراسة لسانية تداولية - موضوعاً بالغ الأهمية، له علاقة وطيدة بممارسة الحياة الإجتماعية ومؤسساتها المختلفة وما تحتاجه من لغة إدارية وظيفية تتعلق بقضاء الناس حاجاتهم المتنوعة.
وتدرس المؤلفة هذا الموضوع من ناحيتين: الناحية الأولى لسانية بما تعنيه من بنيات صوتية، وصرفية، ومعجمية، ونحوية مترابطة منسجمة داخل نظامها اللساني العام، وما يميزها من خصوصيات داخل نظامها اللساني الخاص.
والناحية الثانية تداولية تدرس حياة اللغة في الإستعمال، وإجراءات الخطاب وما يقتضيه من لغة بالنظر إلى المقالات المختلفة، إن لغة الخطاب الإداري الوظيفي لغة تقول وتفعل، تأمر وتنهي، تنبه وتحذر حسب مقتضيات توظيفها في سياقاتها المختلفة، ومن ناحية أخرى، فهي لغة حجاجية تبرهن وتستدل لبلاغة الحجة وقوة الدليل، حسب ما يقتضيه منطقة الخاص، الذي هو منطق لغوي عام، ولكنه يحمل الخصوصيات المميزة له، المحققة لهويته اللسانية والثقافية داخل منظومة الخطابات المختلفة.
وقد كانت لي فرصة إقتراح هذا الموضوع على مؤلفة الكتاب، وفرصة تتبعه منذ ان كان فكرة إلى أن أصبح كتاباً، وأشهد أن صاحبته قد بذلت جهداً واضحاً فيه كما يظهر ذلك في فصوله الأربعة.
إن من يقرأ هذا الكتاب سيستفيد كثيراً من جوانب عديدة لغوية وغير لغوية، لأن هذا النوع من الدراسات باللغة العربية يعد غير مأنوس، بل يعد جديداً في أقسام اللغة العربية وآدابها، وذلك فإن من يقرأه سيشعر بشهوة القراءة، ومتعة التلقي، والشوق إلى التواصل الفعال.
فلتكن إذاً، دعوة إلى القراءة النافذة لهذا العمل الجيد، الذي نتمنى لصاحبته التوفيق والمواصلة في الميادين التي لها علاقة بالحياة.
