ترتكز الرؤية الشعرية عند محمود عمر خيتي في "تسبيح قلب" على العلاقة بين الإنسان وخالقه، بحيث يكون الحديث عن هذه العلاقة هو الغاية التي تسعى القصيدة إليها، ومن هنا يكون دور الإشارات والإيحاءات التي تقدمها القصيدة عن الله القابع في قلب الشاعر هي المؤشرات الدلالية التي تمنح ذات الشاعر هويتها، ونتلمس ذلك أكثر في ما تقدمه القصيدة من تداعيات شعورية ومواقف إيمانيةوعاطفية نبيلة.
في القصيدة المعنونة "مع الله" يقول الشاعر:
"مع الله في كل حرف قرأنا / مع الله في نبضات الحروف / مع الله في لحظات انعتاق / من الفقر فوق الزجاج الضعيف / مع الله من ومضةٍ لا تدوم / وعطر حرام ومجد مخيف / مع الله في الروح بوح ابتهال / إلى الله من معمعات الحتوف / مع الله من صفحةٍ ليس تُرجى / براءتها عند رب لطيف".
عبر هذه التجربة الشعورية يستمر الشاعر في بقية القصائد، موظفاً المعاني توظيفاً فنياً، ينطلق وعي الصلة بين الذات والإله، ليطوف بها في آفاق دلالية أرحب.
