في هذا الكتاب رد على سؤال وصل لعلم العلامة العكبري حيث سأن فيه عن حال رجل ذكر أنه حلف بالطلاق ثلاثاً أنه لا بد أن يقتل رجلاً مسلماً بغير حق لأجل خصومة جرت بينهما: أنه استفتى بعض الفقهاء، فأمره أن يطالب زوجته بأن تختلع منه على عوض تعطيه من م الها، فإذا قبل الفدية خلعها بتطليقه لتسقط اليمين، ثم يعود في الوقت فيخطبها من وليها، ويتزوجها تزويجاً جديداً، ويسقط عنه الوفاء بما حلف عليه.
وسأل عن صحة الفتوى، وهل لها مخرج من الكتاب والسنة؟ وأصل ثابت عند العلماء الربانيين من هذه الأمة؟
