Book Description
الموطأ للإمام مالك بن أنس بدأ فيه بالآثار وشدد ذلك بالكلام وهو اصح كتب الحديث، والفقه، أجمعت عليه الأمة، وقد أثنى عليه الفقهاء والمحدثون. وقد روي أن موطأ مالك كان اشتمل على تسعة آلاف حديث ثم لم يزل ينتقي حتى رجع إلى سبعمائة وقيل أن جملة ما في الموطأ من الآثار عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وعن الصحابة والتابعين ألف وسبعمائة وعشرون حديثاً، المسند منها ستمائة حديث وللرسل مائتان واثنان وعشرون حديثاً الموقوف ستمائة وثلاثة عشر، ومن قول التابعين مائتان وخمسة وثمانون.
أما تنوير الحوالك فهو شرح على موطأ مالك للإمام جلال الدين السيوطي الشافعي، ضمنه تعليقاً على الموطأ على نحو ما فعله في صحيح البخاري، وصحيح مسلم، لكنه أوسع منهما لخصه من شرحه الأكبر. وقد اعتنى بضبط الكتاب وتصحيحه الشيخ محمد عبد العزيز الخالدي، إذ وضع متن الموطأ مشكولاً شكلاً كاملاً على الصفحات ووضع الشرح تحته مفصلاً بينهما بخط وفي الحاشية تخريج الأحاديث مرقمة حسب المتن.
الموطأ من أهم كتب الحديث وأصحها، وتمتاز بقصر الأسانيد وإثبات الفتاوى الفقهية للإمام مالك وغيره، وقد اهتم العلماء به تدريسا وشرحا وممن كتب على الموطأ شرحا موجزا وصفه بالتعليقة، إذ آثر فيها الإختصار، فهو يتكلم على السند ناقلا عن العلماء كابن عبد البر، ويذكر مخرج الحديث إن كان في الصحيحين وغيرهما، ويتكلم على بعض الأحكام، ويضبط الغريب وقد خرجت الأحاديث في الهامش.
