يقول الشاعر في القصيدة المعنونة "نظرةٌ للقمر": "أود لمس القمر... ومخاطبته بكلماتِ الإعجاب... والصداقة... فهو يعرفُ أني صبيّ... طموحاتي مُشتعلة... وأنشد العُلوَّ".
هذا التشاكل القيمي والصوري الجميل بنقاوته وتشكيلاته في إرساء مرتكزات جمالية خاصة، هو ما تسفر عنه الرؤية الشعرية لأحمد العجمي ذات القيمة الإنسانية العالية، حيث فضاء الطفولة الذي يحيل إلى نقطة البداية لكل منا.
