إنّ لكلّ عِلْم وسْما يُعرف به، ولعلّ أهمّ ما يميز الإنسان عبر الإرث البشريّ بْلازما دينه، وشرايين معتقده، ورياض عاداته، وبساتين أعرافه، وواحات إتجاهاته، ومرتع قيمه، وهذه هي الّتي تشكّل الهُويّة الوطنيّة والقوميّة الّتي تخلّد ذكرى الأفراد ومن بعدُ الجماعات والأمم، ودونها يكون وجودها هباء لا معنى له.
لذلك، فإنّ ما يخلّد ذكر الأمم والأفراد وعاؤها القِيميّ والأخلاقيّ وروحها الدّينيّة، وقد حاولت أن أقطف من شجرة هذا الكتاب بعض الثّمار القيميّة الخلقيّة الّتي تحكم مجتمعنا، وتشكّل العصَب الرئيس في علاقاته وسلوكاته ضمن إطاره الإجتماعيّ والعملي، واستطاعت أن تحيك نسيجه، وأن توحّده بشتيت أطيافه، وأن تحافظ على كينونته بعد مَدَيات طويلة برغم غوائل الدّهر، وعاتياته: السياسيّة والثّقافيّة والدّينيّة والفكريّة والإقتصادية.
وتمكّن المجتمع بهذه القيم الإيجابيّة الّتي من شأنها إصلاح النفس الإنسانيّة قولاً وعملاً أن يولي المعلّم مَهمّة غرسها في نفوس أبنائه، وتنميتها، وتعميقها لديهم، وتمثّلها في حياتهم، وجَبَهَتْه ظروفٌ كابد فيها لتحقيق رسالته النّبيّلة وسط الإنفتاح الثّقافيّ، ودعوات التغريب المضلّلة، وصرخات العوْلمة المشبوهة، وتبقى القيم المجتمعيّة على أنواعها مناط اللُّحمة والتّماسك الأسريّ والعائليّ والإجتماعيّ، وكان الطّلاّب محوراً رئيساً، ووعاء مصفي ناقلاً لهذه المنظومة، ليصلحوا من سلوكهم، ويقدَّم لهم نماذج رائعة يحتذون بها، ليكونوا نشئاً صالحاً يرقى بهم الفرد والمجتمع.
وقد وقفت عند مفهوم القيم الإيجابيّة، وهل هي مرتبطة بأشخاص بذاتهم أم أن الحكمة ضالة المؤمن أينما وجدها فهو أحق الناس بها، أم أنها قاصرة - كذلك - على عصر أو مصر دون الآخر.
ثم عرضت بعضاً من هذه القيم، وكيفية الإفادة منها، لتدخل حيز التنفيذ، لتؤتي أكلها، ثم اقترحت بعضاً من طرق تقديمها داخل الصفوف المختلفة عبر رحلة التدريس الّتي هي مهنة الأنبياء والرسل حيث التعامل المباشر مع القيم العليا.
وقد عزمت على وسْم الكتاب بــ: "أشار الجلنار الزاهر في تعليم الإتجاهات والقيم في المجتمع المدرسي العامر" كمنهج خفيّ مُوازٍ للمحتوى التّدريسيّ، إذ إنّ من أثمن قطاف التّربية والتّعليم أن تنمَّى الفضائل والقيم المختلفة على تنوّعها: دينياً، وإجتماعياً، وإنسانيّاً، وثقافيّاً... لدى النّاشئة، لتكوّن المعيار السّويّ الّذي يوجّه سلوكاتهم، ويضبط تصرّفاتهم في مجتمع فاضل مصُون بقيَمه.
