أثبتُّ نصَّ العلامة النَّحلاوي في المتن، وذكرت مصادره التي ذكرها للمسألة - رموزاً - عقبها كما كانت قبل أن يقلها الشيخ البرهاني إلى الحواشي؛ مخافة أن تختلط بالهوامش التي سأضعها، وذلك بذكر الرمز الذي يشير إلى المصدر، مع حذف رقم الجزء والصفحة، لعدم فائدة ذلك لكثرة الطبعات، مع عدم تحديده للطبعة التي اعتمد عليها، مع إثبات ذلك من المصادر التي نقلت عنها.
أثبتُ تعليقات الشيخ البرهاني في الهامش في كلا الطبعتين اللتين أشرت إليهما، وأشرت إليها بحرفي (بر)، وما كان من تعليقات في الطبعة المتأخرة وغير موجودة في الطبعة الثانية أشرت إليه بــ (بر: ط3)، إلا ما كان في المتن فأبقيته مكانه دون الإشارة إليه، لأنَّه غالباً تصحيح للنَّص بإكماله من مصدره الأصلي زيادة في التوضيح، وما كان من زيادات الشيخ على النَّص الأصلي نبَّهت إليه، وحذفت بعض التَّعليقات الموجودة في النُّسخة الإلكترونية الثانية في حال ما يغني عنها من تعليقاتي أو النَّص الأصلي.
ذكرت مسائل الكتاب في أعلى الصفحة، ونقلت النصوص مع توثيقها - إلا أن لا تكون هناك فائدة في النقل لشمول ما ذكره المصنف - وجعلتها في الحاشية، مع ذكر مظان المسألة تباعاً لها من كتب المذهب المختلفة، حتى يسهل الرجوع إليها لمن طلبها وأرادها.
ضمَّنت لك في الحاشية بعض الأبحاث المحققة في مسائل مهمة في المذهب للعبد الفقير.
ذكرت مصادر الكتب وطبعاتها التي اعتمدت عليها في عملي نهاية الكتاب.
